Following his training in Birmingham, England, with one of the founders of Birmingham Hip Resurfacing, Dr. Eugene Lopez has been routinely offering hip resurfacing. This procedure is for young, active patients under the age of 60 who wish to maintain their active athletic lifestyle without those precautions attached to standard total hip replacement.
